2600+ socket A Tbred
DDR400 KVR400X64C3A Non-ECC CL3 (3-3-3) DIMM
A7V880 MoBo
GeForce 6200 256MB DDR2
FSB running at 166 (x11 for 1833Mhz)

DDR running at FSB+33 (200x2=400Mhz?)
2.5, Ras to Cas delay 5, Ras Pre 5, TRas 9

in CPU z under SPD tab it recommends:
2.5-3-3-7 @ 166Mhz and
3-3-3-8 @ 200Mhz and I've seen somewhere
3-3-3-9 @ 200Mhz

which is best? or how to find out?
I dont understand any info there hardly except 2.6 v (Does that mean I should check that in bios to make sure it's got at least those 2.6v?)
What about the other settings (1T, 2T) (2 way, 4way) etc?

My Mobo doesnt show FSB 200 option, only 166. However I have heard of the L12 mod which enables the FSB to run at 200Mhz. Is this how everyone gets the sempron to go at 200 FSB and is it worth trying?

Following is a little chart for BIOS settings, only visible on "reply" mode
Bios settings:
Please correct

166Mhz FSB @ 1,833 200 Mhz FSB @ 2.0 Ghz

DRAM 333MHz 400MHz
CAS lat. 3 3 (or 2.5)?
Bank interleave 4 way 4 way (=4 bank in spec?)
Trp 3T 3T
Tras 9T 9T or 8T ?
Trcd 3T 3T
Trcfc 12,13,14, or 15T 12,13,14, or 15T
Dram command rate 1T or 2T 1T or 2T

DRAM Bus sellection Single or Dual?

CPU mutliple x11 x10
AI oc tuner ignore and set to standard (nb when set manual there is a freq set)
Spread Spectrum enable or disable ?
Asynchronous freq

VCORE coltage 1.65-1.85v ?
DDR ref v 2.55-2.85 ?
AGP ref v 1.5-1.8 ?

USB (some ppl said this affected things)

USB 1.1 ports 0,2,4,6,or 8 ports 2 (1 usb mouse)
USB 2.0 controller enabled enabled
VIA USB dev function enabled enabled
USB controller mode 480mbps or 12 Mbps 12 MBps

AGP
V-link 8x supported on on
Vlink data 2x support off off
AGP mode 8x 8x (some better 4x)
AGP read synchro off off ??
AGP Fast Write on on or off??
Apperture size 128 128 or 64MB?
AGP 1 W/S read off off ???
AGP 1 W/S write off off?

So many question (sorry I'm such a n00b)

Set the RAM speed to run in sync with the cpu i.e. at 166MHz (effectively 333MHz with DDR memory). The cpu:ram ratio should be 1:1.
The memory timings should be 2.5 3 3 7 at this speed.
