Does VIA KT133A based mother boards support SEMPRON processors ? (Sempron 2400+)

No. The KT133A chipset is limited to a 200/266 MHz FSB, whereas the Socket A Sempron utilizes a 333 MHz FSB.

to run a sempron 2400+ you will need a 333 Fsb motherboard how ever the cpu can run at 400 mhz fsb

Yes, it would run at only 1.33GHz, not the normal 1.66GHz
