My Sempron 2500+ is running @2100 MHZ fsb200mhz (stock-1750Mhz/333fsb) vcore 1.8V. No coughs 100% stable. Up to 185MHz fsb - no need to increaze the vcore. Over it - noo boots with default vcore. Needs 1.80V min.
Tried 210mhz FSB (vcore 1.85V)- failes PRIME95 test. I really din not yet figured out the cause - might be the memories either (I tried to run them at same latencies as at 200mhz). When I shall have more spare time I hope to approach the OC more seriously and pump at least 20mhz over the 200.

Hey Guys.. What temperatures do yours run at, and what temperatures would you say are "good" when running the CPU overclocke?

I think mine's running a little hot at the moment and I don't want to try and overclock any more until I get better cooling but I don't know what to buy..

My Current OC is: 175*12 = 2100Mhz (AMD Sempron 3000+ Socket A, Voltage: 1.6V)... Original FSB was 166Mhz

im running 193 fsb which puts me in at just over 2.3ghz, idle temp is normally about 52c and underload it doesn't go above 60c at 1.75vcore on a copper silent 2 hsf. the inside case temp has never been over 35c. but im not sure where this gigabyte boards reads its temp from (whether from diode or slot), maybe someone could tell me .

hope that helps a bit.

ps i have the 2800+

"but im not sure where this gigabyte boards reads its temp from (whether from diode or slot), maybe someone could tell me"

Gygabites are reading from the diode and its abt 10C higher from the one read from the socket.
Also be aware of environment temp, cause if it rises 5C, you get +5C to your CPU temp

My semp runs at 2.1 GHz (190:11 with 1.7 V) and the temperature is 48-49 Celsius. When I am running "Toast" in about 3 mins the temperature of the CPU goes to 53-54 Celsius. It seems to me that is a too hot.
I have ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe, Maxtor 160 GB SATA,
2*256 DDRAM Geil (8-4-4-2.5), Thermaltake Volcano 11+.
What can I do about the temperature (should I change my cooler)?

Best and only OC i've done on a sempron is a 1.6ghz-1.8ghz. I did get it up to 1.9ghz but started having problems so I scaled it back to 1.8ghz. This was in an Antec Aria. Just the PSU massive fan and a pci slot exhaust cooler.
