Hi grasshopper. Is "3200+" a typo? 1.47 GHz is roughly the speed of a Sempron 2200+. If it actually says 2200+, that would be consistent with a Sempron 2600+ underclocked by having the FSB set to 133 instead of the correct 166 FSB.
List the specs as MD requested, and we can help you determine if the Sempron is appropriate for your motherboard and, if so, how to get it up to speed.
(Either that, or PCCHIPS has come out with a "Sempron Pro 3200+. Ewww...)
