Well, I doubt you will be able to achieve a multiplier of 20x, as that would be putting too much strain on the CPU. Not to mention the SEmpron's are multiplier locked. The 2800+ uses a multiplier of 12x. So, 12 X 200 = 2400 MHz. That would be possible. As long as your cooling, board, PSU, and RAM is sufficient, you should be good to go.
