i bought a sempron 2200+ cpu and a built-in motherboard of MSI KM400...

i want to overclock it (it's currently on 166) but i have a second thought...if i have to do it...are there possible bad effects of it? if it works, what are the benefits that i could get?

pls answer...this is my first time to own a unit.

tnks....
