Hi,
I have a AMD Sempron 2400+, 1.67 ghz with SSE. Is It possible to upgrade or update to SSE2? I bought the Dragon Naturally Speaking Version 10 Prefrerred which will not allow me to install and run without SSE@.

Sorry thats a built into the hardware feature that your Sempron doesn't support.

BoxCaralley, run Central Brain Identifier and double click on the SSE2 Instructions field on the Features tab. This will enable SSE2 feature bit in the processor. Now you can install your software.

That's a load of .....


It may trick the software into thinking SSE2 exists (I doubt), but it wll not enable a non-existing algorithm in the CPU.
