im useing a amd sempron 3000+ 1.67ghz cpu motherboard ecs elitegroup geforce6100pm-m2 v2...what is the standard setiing for that cpu in the bios cpu frequency if im right it as setting from 200 to 300?.

The AM2 Sempron 3000+ should run at 1600MHz(8x200MHz). It is one of these:

Post screenshots from CPU-Z of the tabs, we could have a look if there is more to set for e.g. the RAM.

Launch e.g four instances of CPU-Z, open one tab on each instance, line them up.
Make a screen shot by pressing <PrintScreen>, paste it into Paint. Upload the image
to one of the free image hosting services, e.f photobucket.

Add that photobucket link with the screen shot to your post (IMAGE) here.

By default photobucket just shows thumbnails of your album. There is a link info below it, that url link you should provide in the IMAGE tag of your post here, it will then show up in the size you took the screenshot.
