im using a jetway m/b #ma3785gp-lf with a sempron 140 pib. bios is ami. bios shows smart fan settings. i have a section called enable/disable health monitor. under smart fan i have 4 settings-set by duty cycle, set by rpm, manual by duty cycle, manual by rpm. cpu fan runs at 3500 rpm no matter what settings i use. cpu temp is 26c. i have a four pin fan color coded 1-black, 2 red, 3 blue, 4 yellow. i always thought blue was the pwm wire at location 4. can anyone verify this? speedfan does not recognize the fan, only temperatures. any other ideas on this problem.
