KM400A chipset. Supports 200MHz fsb.
Most of those sempron 2400s will overclock to 200. That would give you a 2GHz cpu(10x200) - equivalent to about an xp2600/xp2700. A bit more bang for the system. I see there are jumpers on the board to set for 200fsb. You may need to increase the Vcore a bit and watch the cpu temperature. Just a thought.
Whether it supports two pc3200 memory modules at 400ddr is uncertain. But it should handle one 1024MB module at least at 200/400. If you wanted two modules you'd probably have to stay at 166/333.
If you really wanted to max out the cpu, do the L5 bridge Mobile mod on the sempron which would give you x11 max multiplier instead of x10 and unlocked multipliers down to x6.
So that would give you 11x200 - 2.2GHz - an xp3100. You may need quite a hike in Vcore for that and probably a better cpu heatsink to keep the bugger cool.
