I am having a Floating point Error message show while using the program for Sound recordering. With what I read this cpu does have a math processor, is this correct? I have used OpenOffice Calc (Excel) without any problems and the MS Calculator without problems. Please any suiggestions or ideas I would appreciate, again thanks.

It does have a math co-processor.
Please run tests with memtest86+ and then OCCT. It could be due to a underlying stability problem. How much RAM do you have?
