Sure you can - just make sure you update your BIOS to the latest version.
Generally, Socket A Sempron processors(Sempron 2200+/2300+/2400+/2500+/2600+/2800+) will work with any motherboard that supports a 166MHz FSB(or 333MHz DDR/effectively if you prefer)
