Do you get any beeps? are the fans spinning? Some more specs might be helpful...like what powersupply are you useing?
Make sure everything is seated properly(CPU, memory, videocard), maybe try to reset CMOS/remove the battery...
If everything else fails, try to remove your motherboard from the case and setup everything on a bench or piece of cardboard to make sure it doesn't short-out anywhere.
