only other things attached to mobo is HDD , floppy and CD...

Frequency / Voltage Control BIOS screen looks like this:
Auto Detect DIMM/PCI Clk [Enabled]
Spread Spectrum [Enabled]
CPU Frequency 
RAM Frequency Ratio [Auto]
DRAM Frequency 166 Mhz
That's all there is to it....
Changing the CPU Frequency (it goes from 100 to 254) changes the ratio
and consequently the DRAM Frequency , but what numbers I should be using
are a mystery to me.....
Everything I've tried still results in 1000MHz....
