Hi,
I have a sempron 2400+ and the board is a abit AN7, i have update the bios but the multiplicater don't change! i can't put it to 12.5
What can i do!

The Sempron 2400+ uses a 10x Multiplier and you cannot raise or lower it because it got a Locked Multiplier. It should run at 166 MHz FSB with a 10x Multiplier for a total of 1666 MHz. If you was able to set it to 12.5x before upgrading your BIOS, I bet that if you looked in the BIOS again after doing so or with a program like CPU-Z' ">http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php it will show itself running at 10x Multiplier (In other words, the settings didn't affected it).
