hi, would like to find out whats wrong with my system? hope someone is able to help me out.

i am using a msi k8m neo-v motherboard and a sempron 3000+ (BX).

problem starts when i enable the cool n quiet in the bios, i can as usual boot into windows and do everything as usual. The cool and quiet actually really works.

But once i power off, the next time round i start my comp, i would be unable to load into windows, it just hang when the win xp logo appears.

i tried to download the driver for the cool n quiet from amd's website, but can only find a athlon driver, even from sempron's driver section. tried to use it, but problem remained.

Is there any setting i must adjust before the cool thing can be enabled?
