ive just modded my sempron 2200+ to mobile so i can adjust its multi and Vcore.
is it true that when i modd in2 mobile its nominal voltage change to 1.40v-1.45v and not 1.60v? sorry bad english!

No that is not true for the normal L5 mobile mod. In order to change voltage on the fly, the L11 and L8 bridges need to be modified, by cutting. Not a good idea, and won't work on most desktop boards anyhow.
