I have an AMD Sempron 2800+, Asus K8S-MX motherboard and a PNY Geforce 6200 graphics card. When I list conflict resources in system information the following shows up:
I/O Port 0x00000000-0x00000CF7 PCI bus I/O Port 0x00000000-0x00000CF7 Direct memory access controller
I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF VIA CPU to AGP Controller I/O Port 0x000003C0-0x000003DF NVIDIA GeForce 6200
IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA USB Enhanced Host Controller
Memory Address 0xE0000000-0xF8FFFFFF VIA CPU to AGP Controller Memory Address 0xE0000000-0xF8FFFFFF NVIDIA GeForce 6200
Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF PCI bus Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF VIA CPU to AGP Controller Memory Address 0xA0000-0xBFFFF NVIDIA GeForce 6200
I/O Port 0x000003B0-0x000003BB VIA CPU to AGP Controller I/O Port 0x000003B0-0x000003BB NVIDIA GeForce 6200
Is this something that I need to worry about? The thing is when I play Tiger Woods 2006 it keeps crashing at the same point and I wondered if the above may be causing it, and if it is what can I do about it.

I see NO problems with what you are talking about. Those things that are runnign on the same I/O, need to, they are linked.
IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA Rev 5 or later USB Universal Host Controller IRQ 21 VIA USB Enhanced Host Controller
That.....is fine as well, its all USB, and you probably have 4 USB ports so they are using the SAME IRQ, no biggie
