i had this problem that my sempron system wouldnt boot and then it never would so i replaced the processor before i rmaed it to newegg.Then it would only happen like twice a day and now no startup at all

Did you reset the CMOS jumper? It might be that you overclocked it too much and that the components still work, but you need to reset the CMOS jumper. How much did you oc?

i had this problem before and when i put in the new semp like 4 week ago it booted up halted and sayed " comos cleared do u want to continue"
