I have a sempron 2300 1.5ghz and an abit kv7 motherboard. i cannot get it to boot even to the post. no video comes up at all. I have read previous post on here, and my psu is an antech 400w, 3.3v 28a 5v 38a 12v 23a. the video card i have is an agp geforce1, 32mb. and a maxtor hdd. and kingston 512mb pc3200 ram. i have also tried my amd xp3200, it also does not work. both cpu's will work in my soyo kt400. any ideas??? Thanks alot

Your AGP card is probably not compliant with the AGP 3.0 spec'd AGP slot on your main board...it's rated for 1.5V (4x) and 0.8V (8x) operation...Your card is probably a AGP 1 or 2 spec card, operating at 3.3V...
See page 2-12 of your manual... QUOTE ATTENTION: This motherboard does not support 3.3V AGP cards. Use only 1.5V or 0.80V AGP cards.
