Hi I'm currently using an old computer i built 4 (i think) years ago, and I want to keep it going a little longer. The current specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon 1GHz (although it is detected as a Morgon Duron)
Mobo: VIA KT133 8363-686A Socket A
RAM: 1x256MB 1x64MB 1x32MB = 352MB PC100
Graphics: (AGP) NVidia GeForce2 400MX 64MB
PSU: 300W
BIOS Version: Award v6.00 (22/06/2001)

I want to get a cheap Sempron 2200 to put into this machine to keep it going until september when i'll buy a cool dual-core Laptop for University (if they've been released by then!!

So will the Sempron 2200 work in my motherboard and with my 300W PSU? Also, will i need to flash my BIOS for it to work (one of the diagnostic programs says i cant flash my bios!?!? I presume the top FSB is 133MHz, from the name of the chipset.

Anyway, can I do this?
