Hi sirs,
I just purchased the compaq V2000, the CPU temp is 65'C and the CPU fan still not running..it only run when the CPU temp is > 75'C

it's quite troubled me because the CPU hot -> touch pad hot , keyboard hot..everything so hot..hix hix

anyone kown how force the fan run at 60C ?
I tried the bios setting, but there is no setting for it

Well, easiest solution is to download and run SpeedFan, with it you can adjust fan speeds, so it can be forced to run all the time.

I tried the speedfan already..but it doesnt help
