I'm new to this and need guidelines on how to clock my cpu to get the most out of it...

Here are my current settings in the bios:

CPU frequency: [200.0]
PCIE clock: [100mhz]
K8 CPU clock ratio: [default]
DIMM overvoltage control: [normal]
CPU overvoltage control: [normal]
Robust graphics booster: [auto]

Surely these are not optimised settings? CPU frequency ranges from 200.0 to 300.0. PCIE clock ranges from 100 - 145... I have ASUS EAX1600PRO graphics card (256mb - ddr2)...will changing this setting optimize my graphics card?

Please can some one help me set my cpu to optimum performace without destroying it.
