I have a AMD Sempron 2800+ 1.6GHz with 512MB on MSI mother board K8T V class with NVidia GeForce FX5500 256MB card and i get the following error :

and machine will not move from there complete lock up any Ideas what could be the problem??? I am lost with this one computer will not do a memory dump at all just locks there. I have also had it lock in my game and have to rest to get out I play Asheron's Call online if this helps

I also would like to add this happens when not in game as well
