I am losing sleep here...all attempts, perutation & combinations to setup RAID using, both, the on-board NVIDIA nForce4 RAID controller as well as the Silicon RAID utility have bombed out!

i hve 2 WD 80Gb HDD's and, yes, i inserted the signal cables in 2 diff connectors for NVIDIA & Silicon...

i used A8V-E Deluxe' ">'s guide for settin up RAID...but its kinda different...

i'd kike to setup RAID 1 on my machine...can anybody help pls?

P.S.: The official hard copy Manual as well as the downloaded latest version of the manual ask me to refer to Appendix for RAID setup guide on pages 2-23 and 2-24...but there ain't any!?

I have gone thru your manual, and it show very well how to configure the raid on the NVraid controller. However, if you've never done this before, I can see where you might get a little confused. If you still need help, either post back or drop me a PM and we'll get you up and goin'!
