Hi All,
I'm trying to bring up a device to work with MSI-X on Opteron box(motherboard S2882 Thunder K8S PRO). I see that a device do MSI write transaction to the pre-initialized address, but nothing happened. Intel architecture has Northbridge, which actually translate this address into real physical IRQ signal. Since Opteron architecture do not has northbridge(it has DCA), how MSI-X will work in this case? Sorry if question been asked before....
