i've been getting recurring MCE errors and only when i'm watching a video file (xvid or x264 using bs player or vlc). before, the vid card was hovering around 49C when a vid was playing. i cleaned it out and it now hovers around 39C, but i still get the MCE error.

i installed AMD's MCAT program. i saved the system log file when the error occured and tried to use MCAT to check the error, but nothing happens when i type in the command (e.g., mcat log.evt). i also wrote down the codes displayed during the blue screen and tried to use MCAT to decode them but that doesn't work either.

all codes and pertinent info are below. are there any other steps i can follow to diagnose this problem?
