I was running gentoo, and for anyone who doesn't know gentoo systems builds everything from source.

I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the -march=barcelona cflag? and would this work with the new shanghais given it works with the barcelona? also would it have been better to simply use -march=native instead of -march=k8.

and for anyone who runs gentoo gcc 4.3.3 runs and compiles everything fine with dual 2354's and -march=k8 but I had no luck with the barcelona cflag.
