When setting AMD 8347HE for Maximum Power savings, which includes setting BIOS
AMD PowerNow
C State Configuration
CPU Throttle

Whenever server load is increased the Stop Error occurs:
A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within allocated time interval

This error makes sense considering when server is normally runs with CPU at 1000MHz, but under load this will increase to the Maximum 1900MHz.

Currently turned off all power saving features, but how would this be configured when CPUs can be running at different Freq?
