will a opteron 250 OSA250CEP5AU work well with anoter 250 OSA250AUBOX ?

Yes, it will.
Both parts are identical, i.e. they're the same model and revision.

You just got the actual processor's OPN (OSA250CEP5AU) in one case vs. the retail-box OPN (OSA250AUBOX) in the other case /wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif' />
