I've got an AMD Opteron 244 (single) on a Iwill DK8X, working fine /smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' />. But one thing i just don't understand, the processor temp starts at 9 degree celsius, and raises after 24h of working to 21 degrees celsius. 21 Degrees is about my room temperature /blink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='blink.gif' />. I think it's quite obvious that temperature controller is not good.
Second "problem", the CPU fan speed, it starts @ 3000 RPM quite silence, but once it stays longer it just raise to 6000 RPM /sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif' />. That's quite noisy, and it never got back to 3000 RPM. It just keep working @ 6000 RPM. Is there some tool, for managing the CPU fan speed, like you can manage the CPU speed with RMClock.

9 degrees and 21 degrees is nonsense for the CPU temps. First: Check for an BIOS Update. Sometimes there are weired temperature readings with initial BIOS revisions that get fixed later.
If this won't help I'd recommend that you contact the Iwill support. Without working temperature readings you can't regulate the fans. What if the CPUs have REAL temperatures of 70 degrees and you slow down the fans?! This would increase the risk of damaging them.
So my recommendation: FIRST (try to) correct the problem of the weired readings of the temperature THEN recheck for the fan problem. Maybe you'll fix both if you fix the first.
