hi dude, no one will post any stable settings for u to use
. Different systems has different overclockability depending on your system setup the stepping of your Processor, motherboard that u use, the type of Rams, your PSU etc....
Overclocking is a really patient and painful way of finding out the sweet spot of your CPU, this process can take up to weeks with all that testing with different voltages, ram dividers etc...
im using an opty 165 and i found my CPU sweet spot at 2.61ghz <see my sig> and there are many others who uses the same opty 165 and get easy 2.7/2.8 without much vcore
its all abt the type of chip u have and the combination of your setup.
