I have motherboard Thunder K8WE S2895, 1 x Opteron 275 and 2 x 1 GB DDR.
Memory configuration:
CPU 1, 1GB on DIMM A1,
CPU 1, 1GB on DIMM A2.

Now, I woul like to add a processor and memory.
I will have Thunder K8WE S2895, 2 x Opteron 275 and 2 x 1 GB DDR + 2 x 2GB DDR.

How shall I configure memory for the best performance?

A.
CPU 1, 1GB on DIMM A1
CPU 1, 2GB on DIMM A2,
CPU 2, 1GB on DIMM A1,
CPU 2, 2 GB on DIMM A2.

Or

B.
CPU 1, 1GB on DIMM A1
CPU 1, 1GB on DIMM A2,
CPU 2, 2GB on DIMM A1,
CPU 2, 2 GB on DIMM A2.

Or

C.
CPU 1, 2GB on DIMM A1
CPU 1, 2GB on DIMM A2,
CPU 2, 1GB on DIMM A1,
CPU 2, 1 GB on DIMM A2.

How shall I continue in adding other 2GB DDR modules?

Could anybody give me guidlines?

I'd prefer C or B, NOT A.

"A" will not work for 128bit memory access (often called dual-channel) and decrease performance.
"C" might be best because you can also run the system with memory at the first CPU only and - depending on the load balancing logic - this CPU might be hit first with demanding tasks.

So my suggestions: Prefer C, use B if you like, don't use A
