Hi all, for those that are only seeing one CPU running in Windows 64 when you have 2 opterons, you need to get one of the newer power supplies with a 8 pin connection to the motherboard instead of 4. you can also buy a 4 pin 8 pin adapter at NewEgg. Frys did not carry this adapter when i went (in Fremont CA)

Hope that helps, it took me awhile to figure this one out, thanks to someone on this board.
