Hi guys, i want to get an opteron 165 and need some advice on which motherboard to get, can i use the 165 on a standard asus A8N sli SE or do i need to get something else, this is going to be my first pc which i am going to build my self so i would appreciate some advice. The motherboard needs to be able to handle an overclocked procesor as i plan to clock the 165. Thanks in advance for any help.

ps this is going to be a gaming machine, i already have an asus 7600gs gfx card, artic cool freezer 64 pro, and a Sansun Galaxy ATX Full Tower Gaming Case with 500W PSU - 25cm fan/1x12cmfan/2x8cm fan/Temp display/Fan Controller/LED Fans

Look at the epox motherboards. I have one the 9npasli + I believe and it runs great. They also have great service. Recognized my opteron 165 right off the bat and overclocked to 2.4 gHz without any issue. Sli ready to for that 7600!!
