Anybody happen to have a Newisys 4300?

I have 2 of them running here. I have everything I need to update the bios I believe according to the manuals and the NSV packs I downloaded.... one problem. I do not have the "Update Server" newisys won't give me any support even though they received near 30,000$ from my company for these servers.

They tell us to contact the vendor. The vendor tells me we are the only company to ever order them, and newisys was no help at all for them either.

Anybody happen to habve experience with updating the "SP" on these things?

Or have any "ins" at Newisys so they will talk to me?
