I put 2 gigs of Corsair TwinX1024RE-3200LLPT (2x512 for each CPU) in my Dual 285 Tyan Thunder K8W. This is the apprarently "bad" memory. What is it exactly that makes this memory bad? It seems to work fine in 32-bit XP. I did install 64-bit beta on a separate partition and I do get system check errors. Is it due to this memory? If so, does anyone know if I can exchange them at newegg for the TwinX1024RE-3200LL without incurring additional charges?
If it works fine in 32-bit but not 64-bit beta, will it come back to bite me when 64-bit final comes out?

The memory is OK. I could install WinXP 64bit beta and Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 64bit without any problems.
Try to check your memory with prime95 and memtest86 before doing anything else...
