As stated, I am looking for advise as to what the best MoBo is for running Dual a AMD 2800+ system.

I have 2 sticks of PC2100 Reg. DDR RAM that I would like to continue to use if possable.

But primarily, I want the best dual system available for a Win 2K Pro or XP Pro system.

I have the ASUS A7M266-d board and have absolutely loved it. It's going on its third year and third set of cpu's i started with 1700's then 2000's and now the 2800's. It does need a big spacy very well cooled case to give you trouble free operation. I almost built an AMD64 bit systme instead of doing the 2800's but i like this dually way too much to get rid of it hehehe

Best all around board..Stability/O'Cing potential is the Iwill MPX 2 IMHO.
Unfortunately, it is no longer manufactured.
You can still find them around though.
