I have attempted to build the following unsuccessfully for a while:

Tiger MP S2460, dual 1800 MP, 200 MB EIDE drive. Bios 1.3

No matter what combination I try, I can get the CPU's to start but the BIOS will never recognize the drives attached or CDROM's attached, whether attached to 0,1 or whether set as master, slave or CS.

Is there a trick to this that someone can share?

Is there a utility that will check the motherboard, especially the EIDE connections?
