Hello, could someone please help me.....I was running an 1800+ at 1.53 GHz and today it's running at 1.15 GHz. How do I get it back, and does anyone know of an easy overclocking tool.

I tried to change the speed in the bios but it did not change.

My system specs are....

AMD Athlon 1800+
MSI Via KT4V mobo
1 Gig Ram
2 HD'd that = 120 Gig HD
Geforce FX 5600 256mb card
Antec Power Supply 430 w
