The temp is not that high, the problem is with the heatsink on the north bridge. I changed mine to a ZM-NB32J and now they are within one degree of each other...if you go ahead and order this heatsink keep the old pins from the orginal one as the ones shipped with the ZM do not fit. Also the voltage is miss reported. At that high of voltage the cpu would fry, I think it is a problem with the sensor on the mobo itself.
