Hi,
I've a 7kdd chaintech with radeon 9700 pro graph card => i installed windows 2000 advanced server (for apple talk sharing) and when I install the AGP driver and reboot = the system hangs, nothing works, no icons on the desktop and sometimes this error displays = "0Xc0000142" or something like that
please tell me the issue if there is one

You mean the AGP-driver for your chipset or the videocard-driver?
Can you boot into safe-mode(press F8 after POST when window$ starts to load and select 'safe-mode'?
