Hiya,

I applied for an RMA on two AMD Athlon MP 2000+ CPU's almost two weeks ago. I have not heard anything from AMD, even after sending two follow-up e-mails.

The e-mail was sent to asia.support@amd.com - all I have received are automated e-mails.

Needless to say I'm very dissapointed - being without a server for this long has meant a major financial impact as I've had to purchase a replacement to cover the downtime.

If there's anyone who can help me with this issue I would be GREATLY appreciative. I'm going to be very upset if I don't get an RMA before the warranty on the processors runs out. I might just be sending a bill to AMD to cover the replacement costs as well.

We can't really help you because we don't work for AMD. Have you tried calling them? That would be better than sending an e-mail.
