Phenom 9950 Black Edition
MSI K9N2 SLI Platinum mobo
2 x 2GB DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)
2 x EVGA nVidia 9800 GT
I've seen various posts here about people having difficulty with XP 64 and MSI mobos. I'd love to run the 64 version, but I don't want to back myself into a corner with this.

You will be just fine. You can download the latest drivers for server 2003 x64 off AMD website. XP X64 and server 2003 x64 are one in the same. I prefer my xp x64 over my vista x64 20 to 1 my self.

BTW, I will be building yet another system some time in early 2009 as the new FX chips come out. Although, I'm a bit concerned about the support and availability for AM3 sockets, as they are probably doomed to disappear soon after appearing.
i use ultimate vista x64 on phenom 9500 and no problems....to fast....better then xp x64...i tried and i didn't liked because i think it not use all resources from processador
