ok.. I have a ASUS Crosshair nForce 590 MCP AM2 Motherboard with the latest BIOS and have a 6000+ installed currently. I am wishing to upgrade to a quad-core Phenom but just don't know with of the Phenoms are compatible with my mobo. I hear some of the first gen Phenoms will work, but just not sure. Hoping to get luck enough for someone here who knows anything about the ASUS Crosshair board I have to help me out. If that Phenom II are compatible, that would be great.. but not keeping my hopes up.

Anywho.. if anyone can give me some info on what I can upgrade to, that would be outstanding..
