hi....

can any one suggest me a good performance reasonably priced motherboard for AMD PHENOM II X 2 550 processor....i am using amd phenom X3 8650 now, it is not upto my satisfaction i use it for some EDA softwares,lower end games, videos,browsing and music only...but system takes much time to boot and even take time to cnnect to the internet after booting..... i wanted to upgrade to phenom X2 550....is that make my system faster............???please give the rates of the same processor ........... plz clarify its urgent....thank uuuuu

There is probably some other issue you are having. Changing the cpu and motherboard will not increase boot time very much and also will not help correct the time to get on the internet. It may by a couple seconds, but not worth doing a upgrade just for that reason. It may make your programs run slightly faster.

and now i changed my decision to take an athlon 2 x2 250 processor....instead of Phenom II x2 550 due to budget reasons.........will that work for me otherwise i keep my system as it is now??????please clarify
