I'm looking at buying one of these guys when they come out, the x3 really isn't cuttin it for me. I currently have an ASROCK M3A785GXH/128M (which uses the 785 chipset), and I wanted to know if the two will work together?

same board as me, yes it will support it, we are just waiting for a bios update like everyone else.

I believe a few here have that board and are still awaiting word on a bios update.
That is all that will be needed for that chipset provided the manufactor puts out an update.

makes 2 of us lol.
I am 100% positive it will get a bios update.
I just shot asrock a email asking if this board is planed for a bios update for phenom II X6 line.
Let ya know when and if I hear from them.

There was more somewhere I know on a biostar forum they posted a 785 am2+ chipset bios update for x6 too

Reading your mind Guru, the 965 is a bit of a bottleneck with your tri-crossfire setup.
X6 should be a godsend, especially with games like BFBC2.

I am awaiting the release of Phenom II x6 as well. The time couldn't fly any slower now that it is April... Hope all goes well for everyone that purchases one as far as BIOS updates and full compatibility. Off to work, gotta make the money to spend the money...
