Wow.. I was thinking I know PC Guru is gonna have one of these fast.. I would pull the trigger but the Bios for my board is not out yet so.. Eh! I'll wait.. Tiger direct has them for 300 with a 50 dollar mail in rebate.. so maybe newegg will catch on and I will save a buck..

Any how,

Guru will give the results on OCing on light water/high end air.
On the new 890 chipset

While I will put up some numbers of OCing on high end/moderate air
On a $50 785 chipset

That is until my bios update arrives for the DFI.

Ok guys im in the process of where I can get mine stable with OC's. I have a few things to do before I can put some screen shots up and start benchmarking. One thing I will say is it runs cool, im adjusting voltage right now, trying to see how far I can increase the FSB and the multi. Another thing I noticed in CPUZ was the core volts bounce all over the place from the 1.3 to 1.6 range im guessing this is when the turbo is kicking in. Plus it is showing up in there as a 1095T. Give about an hour and i'll start putting screenies up.

Ok sorry guys im still trying to find the "sweetspot" for this cpu. Figured I would post a couple of screens of the first oc attempt. Bus speed was set @ 210. Multi is set @ x18 in the bios. Once turbo kicked in during a stress test... lock up I set the voltage to 1.525, but maybe an increase will help, or turn the multi down and up the bus speed. Im using AOD to show the usage and temps only.
