Welcome to the forum!

Calm down, it's not all that unusual to have startup/posting problems on a new build.
Make sure the heatsink/fan is hooked up to the CPU fan header on your mobo and that it's firmly attached in the socket.
Now, I take it that you have a 965, is it the C2 or C3 revision?
Go to ASUS website and look up the initial bios release for the Crosshair IV and see if it supports the 965 (I'm thinking it should).
If it doesn't then you'll need to update the bios with an older X2 or Phenom CPU before you can install the 965.
First, clear the CMOS by removing the battery for about 20 minutes.
Next, trying posting with only one stick of memory and you monitor hooked up to your onboard video or graphic card.
If it still doesn't post, try another stick of memory.
