I own an AMD Phenom x6 1075T, I wonder what the maximum limit of temperature that the processor supports it without damage.
Should I use thermal paste for better heat dissipation, or not?

Note: the temperature is at 41 degrees C (105.8 ° F) in low, and reaching 47 degrees C (116.6 º F) work. using games, office 2010, sailing etc. ....

Always, I repeat, Always use thermal paste for you CPU!!!

62C is the max temp for that CPU. Most recommend keeping it below 55C to protect the CPU from heat damage that would shorten the life-span of the CPU.
